Lauren Cancienne

Lauren Cancienne is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of legal experience in areas that include litigation, entity formation, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Lauren specializes in creative problem solving for entrepreneurs to ensure that their businesses have the legal foundation they need to thrive. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Louisiana.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2001, then attended the Paul M. Hebert Schol of Law at Louisiana State University, earning her Juris Doctor and Baccalaureate in Civil Law in 2005. While in law school, she was a published member of the Louisiana Law Review.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She is involved with the National Charity League and is an active volunteer at her children’s school.
